Commission Details and References
To make sure that the commission you ordered is to your satisfaction, be sure to provide all details and references for the piece you have commissioned at the very beginning. These should include every specification. Examples include the appearance of the character, nature of the pose, color palettes, and overall theme.You can request changes to the artwork during the sketch phase, and they will be made at no additional cost to you. Once you approve the sketch and I receive payment, any changes requested after the second change will incur a fee of $10 USD per change. You will need to pay that fee before we make any change and before we continue the work.Refunds and Cancellations
Should I fail to fulfill your commission after you have paid, you will receive a complete refund for any work that remains unfinished. If I receive a commission request that makes me uncomfortable or that I cannot complete within my artistic skill set, I maintain the right to say no.Payment Terms
PayPal is my main payment method, but I may accept other options as long as we come to an agreement. Payment is required once the sketch gets the thumbs up. No further action will be taken until the payment is cleared.Usage Rights
The artwork that you commission is for your personal use only, unless we have a written agreement that allows for the use of the artwork in a commercial capacity. The use of my artwork in a commercial capacity, without an agreement in place that specifies that very thing, isn't allowed.When sharing my artwork on the internet, please give me proper credit. You are not allowed to alter the commissioned artwork in any way that would lead someone to think it was made by you instead of me.General Policies
When you commission me, you also agree to these terms. They may change from time to time and apply to all my clients unless we've had a conversation and come to a different arrangement. You must be 18 or older to request NSFW artwork.
